 Driver Rental Requirements
Minimum Age 21 / Maximum Age 75
An additional surcharge may apply to all drivers below 25 years
Additional Driver Fee $5.00 per Day / US Driving Fee $10.00
 Insurance Terms
All vehicles are insured with $5,000,000 public liability and property damage. The units carry a $500.00 deductible for collision and comprehension. Our insurance does not cover liability for loss of personal property, nor does it cover cost for accommodation, transportation or replacement of vehicle, if the vehicle is stolen or should an accident occur that makes the rented vehicle inoperable.

Guests also have coverage in the event of a mechanical breakdown that requires more than 48 hours for repairs of the vehicle to be completed. The radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances and cruise control are not considered to be mechanical breakdowns. Receipted expenses of $45.00 per person per night for lodging and $45.00 per group per day for transportation are provided. A limit of $3000.00 per vehicle per group applies.

This plan is not valid in the case of an accident, or stolen vehicle.
Customers are responsible for $750.00/$1250.00 (driver 21-25 years) or as otherweise stated:

1) Two vehicle accident on a signed and numbered road, fire, theft or vandalism - with police and accident report $750.00/$1250.00
2) Windshield / Glass: $250.00
3) Off Road, Campsites, Parking lots, Driveways $750.00/$1250.00
4) Roof Damage: $750.00/$1250.00
5) Undercarriage Damage and Tires: all cost
6) Interior Damage: $750.00/$1250.00
7) Collision with Animals: $750.00/$1250.00

There is no insurance coverage and guest will be responsible for all damages if the vehicle is driven to an unauthorized area without approval. These areas include logging and non public roads, travel to Mexico, the Alaska Highway north of Fort St. John, Cassiar Highway (#37) north of Meziadin Junction, Highway 35 north of Peace River, Quebec & Labrador north and east of Sept-Iles and all roads in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Labrador and Newfoundland.

There is a $900.00 penalty for unauthorized driving in these areas. In addition, note that parking of your vehicle is prohibited in the greater metropolitan area of Montreal and Ottawa; this includes all pay parking lots, hotel parking lots, side streets, malls, etc. In these areas, park your vehicle at a campsite and use public transportation, taxi, etc.

1) Thefts in Montreal/Ottawa: $5000.00
2) Damages and accidents driving in unauthorized areas: All costs
3) Damage and accidents caused while the vehicle is driven by Non-authorized driver or under the influence of drugs/alcohol: All costs
4) Willful damage: All costs
5) Damage incurred during illegal acts: All costs
6) Damages and accidents caused while vehicle driven by an Non-anauthorized driver not listed on the rental contract: All costs
7) Damages and accident caused while vehicle is driven in the USA without prior authorization: All costs
8) Damages incurred during illegal act: All costs

$0.32 per Km for all Truck Camper & Van Conversion
$0.35 per Km for all Class C Motor Homes

 Northern Charges
Driving to Alaska, to Northern BC - Alaska Highway North of Fort St. John or the Steward Cassiar Highway, to the Yukon Territory and to the Northwest Territories are considered Northern Rentals. A mandatory one-time preparation/insurance fee of $500.00 applies. The fee does not apply for all rentals originating in Alaska or the Yukon Territory. If you drive into these areas without permission your insurance coverage may be void. In case of an accident customers are responsible for all fees.

 Preparation Fee
Mandatory One-Time Charge: $55.00 per Rental
The fee includes transfers from / to rental center, propane gas supply, chemicals, cleaning items.

All published rates are available with advance reservation only.
Locally advertised rates may be higher.
 Rental Equipment
Most rental center are providing the following items for rent and at a additional cost: Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc. Advance reservation is highly recommended. You may rent these items also at local outdoor supply stores.
 Security Deposit
$750.00 ($1250.00 for Drivers between 21-25 Years) will be processed on a valid credit card.
The deposit will be refunded upon return of the RV.
 Smoking
All units are strictly non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply upon return of the unit.
 Transfers - General
Transfer are complimentary from the Airport / Airport Hotel locations.
 Transfers - Pick up
Generally from 13:00 pm – 16:00 pm
 Transfers - Return
Drop off between 08:00 – 10:00
A return transfer either to the hotel or the airport will be provided
Late returns will be charged with $75.00 per hour
 Travel Restriction
Mexico, Death Valley June 15 - Sept 15, Logging Roads, Non-public Roads, Montreal & Quebec City Metropolitan Areas. Alaska Highway, Cassiar Highway, Northwest Territories, Quebec & Labrador north of Sept Iles.  For all Northern Routes (Alaska & Yukon) a $500.00 surcharge applies. (Does not apply for rentals from Whitehorse / St John)
 Taxes
Are included – with the exception of taxes for additionally locally rented items and locally paid mileage fees
 Unit Years
All RV’s are between 1-3 years old
 Upgrades / Downgrades
We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested and booked. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refund the difference in the daily rental rates.
